Do you offer Financing?

Yes! We offer Rent-to-own on all of our buildings with NO Credit Check and NO penalty for early payoff at anytime. No application needed, just have 2 forms of I.D. handy and your deposit.

Do you charge for installation?

No, installation and anchoring is included with our metal buildings and carports.
Delivery and set-up is included with our Portable Buildings as well, all you need to have on site are your concrete blocks for our delivery drivers to set up and level your building on (if it’s not going on a slab). Contact us to find out how many and what size blocks you’ll need. Anchoring however, is a separate cost.

Do I need a Permit?

This all depends on where you live and if the city or county you’re in requires one. We do not require you to have a permit to purchase, but you are responsible for taking care of any necessary permits to have the building on your property. If you need assistance with this process, we are happy to help! We also carry all the necessary engineer stamped blueprints we can provide to you with purchase to have your permit approved.

Are your buildings windstorm certified?

Yes! All of our metal buildings and carports come anchored and rated for 140 mph winds.
Our Portable Buildings are certified for 160 mph winds when they are anchored. We CAN anchor down your portable building for you but it is a separate charge paid to the installers after completion. Contact us for current pricing. Many customers choose to anchor their portable building down themselves.

How should I prepare my property for the building?

PORTABLE BUILDING: If your portable building will be delivered fully assembled you will need to have the correct amount of blocks set in a pile near where you’re wanting the building to be set-up along with a cleared path approximately 2-ft wider than the width of the building you purchased. (Ex. If you ordered a 10’x20′ building 10 ft. is your width and you would need a cleared path approximately 12 ft. wide)
If your building will be built on site, you will also need to have your blocks on site (unless it’s being built onto a slab) and ensure the area where you’re wanting the building built is cleared and ready for the builders to start assembling.

METAL BUILDING/CARPORT: If you’re having the building installed onto a slab, we ask that the slab be at least the same dimensions as the building. We don’t require additional inches on the length and width of the slab for it to be installed on. If it will be installed onto the ground, crushed concrete or any other medium where ground anchors are needed, please make sure the area is cleared and fairly level. Be sure to let us know what the building will be built onto when you’re ordering.

What kind of warranty & materials are used on your buildings?

Our Premier Portable Buildings all come with a 5 year manufacturing/craftsmanship warranty. We use LP Smart Panel for the siding which come with a 50 year warranty and the standard metal roofs include a 30 yr warranty!
Our metal buildings and carports all come with a 1 year workmanship warranty. The standard 29 gauge sheet metal and 14 gauge tubing come with a 10 year rust warranty. And the upgraded 26 gauge sheet metal and 12 gauge tubing come with a 20 year rust warranty!

How do I order? Do I have to come into the office?

Contact us anytime! We can work with you on your unique situation to place your order. If you can’t make it into our office, we can place your order completely over the phone and complete paperwork electronically. Or, if you’d like to come in but need a time outside of normal office hours, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to set a private appointment with you at our office, subject to availability. We strive to personalize our service to your needs!

I want a building but I'm not sure I have the space on my property or to have it delivered fully assembled, can you help?

Yes! If you are local to the Houston/Galveston area, we will be glad to make an appointment to come out and do a site review & take measurements to see if you have the room. We do charge a small service fee for this based on your location.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We have many different sizes and base styles to choose from. From there, we can customize door and window locations along with colors and a few other material options. Contact us and let us know what you have in mind!

I placed an order and would like to get a status update.

Give us a call and we can give you a general time frame based off your initial order date. Building materials supply and demand changes frequently which in turn, changes our estimated delivery/installation estimates occasionally.
If you purchased a metal building or carport and it’s getting close to the initial time frame we gave you upon purchase, you may contact the main office and their office staff can get you a more precise time frame based on their installers schedule.

Do you sell fully finished out buildings?

We sell just the unfinished shell of the building. We can customize the exterior layout for door/window placement and in some cases provide basic electrical wiring and insulation, but we do not provide livable models. We can refer you to a few local companies & contractors that can help you with the rest. Contact us for more details.
